With over 25 years experience as an Appraiser and a new realtors license, Ann is the driving force of Stellar Solutions. When she's not crunching numbers, you'll find her dining with friends and enjoying Lake Winnipesaukee.

Her vision with Stellar Property Solutions is to help homeowners and perspective home buyers connect with real estate solutions that can ultimately change the path you're on for the better. Whether its assisting in the quick sale of property or finding your dream home, Ann hopes to be a part of your journey.

Chris Bouchard

Owner | HVAC Professional | Investments

Having owned investment properties for 40 years, Chris brings a trained eye for repairs and a landlord's expertise. When he's not working on his current rentals, you can find him on the mountain or skiing down the slopes. 

Chris enjoys working with his hands. He wants to provide well maintained, affordable rental units for long-term renters. Currently managing 18 units, he is looking to expand our rental portfolio this year.

Renae Bouchard

Marketing & Operations Manager

Overseeing marketing efforts and communication between home owners, buyers, and renters. When you're emailing us, most often you're communicating with Renae. When she's not behind her computer or on site, you'll find her floating on Lake Champlain or trying out a new feature at the local wine bar. 

With a passion for small business, Renae excitedly joined Stellar Property Solutions in October of 2017.
